How do I place a Greenleaf Catering order?

A few ways! You can place an order by going to catering.eatdrinkgreenleaf.com, you can email us at catering@eatdrinkgreenleaf.com or you can call one of our Catering Sales Managers listed on our website to place an order.

 

How much notice do I need to fulfill a catering order? 

We love a 24-48 hour notice, but we know life happens… so, we do our best to accommodate last minute or same day requests.

 

How do I add any special requests or delivery instructions when placing online orders? 

You can include any special requests or delivery instructions in the “Order Note” field on the payment details screen.  Or, once you receive your email confirmation, you can contact the Greenleaf location your food will come from or by emailing cateing@eatdrinkgreenleaf.com

 

What is the order minimum for delivery? 

Any order of $100 or more (before tax and delivery) can be delivered. Please note that if your delivery address is farther than 5 miles from your local Greenleaf, the minimum amount for delivery is $150. 

 

Are there fees for delivery?

Yes.  Any order under $150 requires a delivery fee of $8 and the delivery address must be within 5 miles of your local Greenleaf.  Any order over $150 requires a $27 delivery fee.  Additional delivery fees may be added for larger orders.

 

What if delivery isn’t available to my address?

 

If our website informs you that delivery is not available to your address, please call your closest Greenleaf location to inquire if delivery is available.  Our website only recognizes addresses in our immediate delivery area, but delivery is sometimes available to locations outside our immediate area.

 

How do I make a change to an existing order? 

If you need to make any changes on an existing order, please email catering@eatdrinkgreenleaf.com or call the corresponding location that your order is coming from – that information can be found at the bottom of your invoice or confirmation.

 

What are acceptable forms of payment? 

All orders are prepaid with a credit card.  We accept Visa, American Express & Mastercard.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Need to cancel?  No problem – we understand that plans change!  There is no charge for cancellations with at least 3 hours’ notice.  Cancellations within 3 hours of pick up or delivery will be charged 50%.

 

How do I add gratuity to my order?

When placing your order online, you can add gratuity at checkout.  We do not send receipts with delivery, so if you forget to add gratuity when placing the order, you can always call email catering@eatdrinkgreenleaf.com or call the store your order came from to adjust. 

 

Do you offer House Accounts? 

We do!  If you’re interested in setting up a house account, please email catering@eatdrinkgreenleaf.com.

 

Are you able to accommodate special or dietary needs?

Absolutely! We have a variety of vegan & gluten free options and many of our menu items are customizable to where you’re able to remove ingredients if needed. 

 

Do you provide plates, napkins, cutlery or serving pieces with my order?

Unless otherwise specified, all orders come with plates, napkins, cutlery & serving pieces.
